Dog Lead
This dog leash is constructed with lightweight PP webbing. This lead has dual-handle as well as features with two alloy snap hooks. The whole nylon hollow dense webbing has fanciful elastic rubber banding, which works as a shock absorber and efficiently diminishes the impact of the dog’s explosive impulse and sudden jerks.
DodDude Dog Lead has 360° swivel snap hooks on both ends. These hooks provide your dog with adequate room for freely running in front or beside you. The 360° tangle-free clasp prevents the leash from twisting while walking. The second snap hook is for putting on your belt for a hand-free walk with your dog. Quickly use the handle on the top of the leash to guide the dog back on track. The traffic control handle on the top of the neck is for direct control over your dog in case of pet agitation.

Shipping Strategy
• Usually we ship every order from Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm (except holidays)
• We will dispatch your ordered product within 1-3 business days after clearing your payment.
• As soon as we dispatch your order, we will update your tracking number via e-mail.
• It may be more delayed if your order details need more clarification. For example, the delivery address, or phone number is incomplete, or vague, or wrong.
• If you are from the European Union, it may take 5-7 business days to deliver.
• USA, Canada, and non-EU Countries’ delivery will take around 5-10 business days.
• If your parcel is held by customs, it is your responsibility to clear the fees connected with customs to get your product.
• We cannot mark parcels as ‘GIFT’ or lower their value to avoid taxes.
• Boxes and envelopes are amply sized to protect your product.
• If you are outside of UK, EU, USA, or Canada, kindly contact us before placing an order. We will quote you the shipping cost separately.

Refund
As per consumer rights, you have the right to return a product within 30 days after the parcel is received.
- If you do not like the item due to any reason, please find below some rules for refund and exchange for your further clarification.
- Return and refund are only possible if the item is unused, undamaged, and clean. We will not accept any refund if the item has any usage mark.
- If the product is chewed or damaged by your pet, we will not offer an exchange or a return,
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for the return cost.
- We only will cover the cost of shipping the fixed item back to the customer.
Exchange
- We dealt with Refund, Return, and Exchange cases on an individual basis. If you have any issues with our products, contact us at [email protected]before posting the item back to us.
- If you ordered the wrong size we do exchange it but it will not cover the shipping charges. You have to pay the shipping charges or send us a return label.
