Shipping Strategy

• Usually we ship every order from Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm (except holidays)
• We will dispatch your ordered product within 1-3 business days after clearing your payment.
• As soon as we dispatch your order, we will update your tracking number via e-mail.
• It may be more delayed if your order details need more clarification. For example, the delivery address, or phone number is incomplete, or vague, or wrong.
• If you are from the European Union, it may take 5-7 business days to deliver.
• USA, Canada, and non-EU Countries’ delivery will take around 5-10 business days.
• If your parcel is held by customs, it is your responsibility to clear the fees connected with customs to get your product.
• We cannot mark parcels as ‘GIFT’ or lower their value to avoid taxes.
• Boxes and envelopes are amply sized to protect your product.
• If you are outside of UK, EU, USA, or Canada, kindly contact us before placing an order. We will quote you the shipping cost separately.
