Refund Policy

As per consumer rights, you have the right to return a product within 30 days after the parcel is received. If you do not like the item due to any reason, please find below some rules for refund and exchange for your further clarification.

• Return and refund are only possible if the item is unused, undamaged, and clean. We will not accept any refund if the item has any usage mark.
• If the product is chewed or damaged by your pet, we will not offer an exchange or a return,
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for the return cost.
• We only will cover the cost of shipping the fixed item back to the customer.
• Kindly take measurements correctly and wisely because we do not refund or exchange customized items.
• For custom-made products, we only offer Refunds when a genuine manufacturing fault is observed (product is not according to given measurement or any stitching fault).
• If your parcel is not delivered due to any reason kindly visit the local delivery office for collecting.
• If the parcel is uncollected and returned to us, we will not offer any refund, and you have to pay the cost of re-shipping.

Exchange

We dealt with Refund, Return, and Exchange cases on an individual basis. If you have any issues with our products, contact us at [email protected] before posting the item back to us. We will examine the product basis on pictures and analysis. In case of any genuine fault, either we will refund the amount or replace the product. Usually, we take a week to fix it and send it back but not longer than 14 days after receiving it. We recommend you to please send the item by a tracked postal service. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for the loss of your product.

We assure you that our all products are made with world-class material bought from the known suppliers and guarantee that items are faultless, but it is possible sometimes may be overlooked. In that situation, we offer you free of cost exchange or refund. So, our organization believes that our customers are our precious assets.

WARRANTY:

We are fully responsible for our products and give your full warranty of stitching, fabric durability, webbing strength, and breaking of any component under normal usage.
Our warranty does not cover the damage due to inappropriate usage caused by dog bites or any sharp object like a knife, etc., or improper care of the item.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We dealt with Refund, Return, and Exchange cases on an individual basis. We accept returns within 30 days to ensure customers’ expectations and guarantee the comfort of your shopping.
If you have any issues with our products, contact us at [email protected] before posting the item back to us. If you find any defect, damaged item, or sizing issue, report us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will examine the product basis on pictures and analysis. Can I cancel my order after I have made a purchase on your online store?

Yes you can. We order immediate order cancellation up to a limit of 12 hours (before Shipping). So, if you change your mind with that time send us a message at given mail address. We will cancel your order and refund you in full as soon as we get the request. After that time limit if you order is dispatch we will charge you the shipping cost and refund you the remaining balance.
