Waterproof Dog Winter Jackets with Harness & Furry Collar
Dog Winter Jacket is a three-layer fabricated bubble jacket. The upper layer is quilted water-resistant fabric embedded with a thick layer of polyester. Polyester keeps your canine warm in cold weather. And the final layer is the soft silk lining. We have added a thick fur on the collar that will give your pet a warm feeling.
There are two adjustable nylon straps on the back of this dog waterproof jacket, attached with a triangle clasp. On the top of this clasp, we have connected a heavy-duty thermoplastic buckle with a dual D-ring for connecting a snap hook. Our dog winter jacket has a zip on the backside, which helps you put it on efficiently. DogDude Dog Winter Jacket is a cozy, waterproof, and windproof vest for every size of the dog. Shipping Strategy
• Usually we ship every order from Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm (except holidays)
• We will dispatch your ordered product within 1-3 business days after clearing your payment.

• It may be more delayed if your order details need more clarification. For example, the delivery address, or phone number is incomplete, or vague, or wrong.
• If you are from the European Union, it may take 5-7 business days to deliver.
• USA, Canada, and non-EU Countries’ delivery will take around 5-10 business days.
• If your parcel is held by customs, it is your responsibility to clear the fees connected with customs to get your product.
• We cannot mark parcels as ‘GIFT’ or lower their value to avoid taxes.
• Boxes and envelopes are amply sized to protect your product.

Refund
As per consumer rights, you have the right to return a product within 30 days after the parcel is received.
- If you do not like the item due to any reason, please find below some rules for refund and exchange for your further clarification.
- Return and refund are only possible if the item is unused, undamaged, and clean. We will not accept any refund if the item has any usage mark.
- If the product is chewed or damaged by your pet, we will not offer an exchange or a return,
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for the return cost.
- We only will cover the cost of shipping the fixed item back to the customer.
Exchange
- We dealt with Refund, Return, and Exchange cases on an individual basis. If you have any issues with our products, contact us at [email protected]before posting the item back to us.
- If you ordered the wrong size we do exchange it but it will not cover the shipping charges. You have to pay the shipping charges or send us a return label.
